NOTICE

We are currently updating our consent records for the use of residents' photographs on our social media and other communications. This is part of our routine compliance audit and although we already have consent, additions have been added to the consent form, meaning we require new signatures from everyone who wishes to have their photos taken.

We kindly ask that all residents, or where a resident lacks capacity, their appointed Power of Attorney or Deputy complete and sign a new consent form. If you hold Power of Attorney or deputyship, please also provide a copy of the relevant documentation for our records, as it is imperative that we have proof of this. These can be handed into Rachael in the office and will be kept in accordance with GDPR Legislations.

Until all updated consent forms have been received and relevant documents have been brought in, we will not be posting any new photographs of residents.

Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us keep our records up to date.

After a busy County Fair on Saturday we’re having a chill out and hand massage today in our sensory room
