Just because something feels true doesn't always mean it is. 💭
Anxiety has a convincing voice. It tells us something must be wrong. It makes uncertainty feel like danger.
This thinking trap is called emotional reasoning. We mistake our feelings for evidence.
Feelings deserve attention. But they also deserve gentle curiosity.
One simple question can completely change the conversation:
👉 What evidence do I actually have?
That pause often creates enough space to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting automatically.
