Empowering others to help take control of their wellbeing, painlessly and permanently šŸ™ Hi there :) Thank you for taking the time to visit our page. I have been a qualified Nutritional Therapist for 3 years now and love every moment of it!!! I used to work in IT, and in my humble opinion looking after humans is far more rewarding than trying to fix machines. I decided to team up with my mum after she had 2 minor heart attacks and couldn't return to work. She was my first case study and I am happy to report she is getting fitter, stronger, and most importantly mentally healthier as the days go by. She helps me make personalised bath salts, roller balls, beard oils and nasal inhalers. Using Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) essential oils. My passion lies in helping other's achieve their health goals and bridging a much needed gap between the NHS. They provide a wonderful service but there aren't many people in that industry who focus on nutrition. My own personal experience found me constantly being told what I could not do i.e. don't eat dairy, but not much of what I could do moving forward. At my heaviest I weighed 20 stone (127 Kg) and this led to my lactose intolerance and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I taught myself how to alleviate the symptoms and change my diet painlessly and permanently. So now I try to help other's do the same. After I managed to lose 6 stone I realised that stress was one of the biggest factors, that I had yet to overcome. Since leaving my stressful job in IT I noticed my symptoms were ten times better. Which is why I now encourage people to incorporate essential oils as well, because they work wonders for managing your emotions. I have been able to replace so many products in our home using essential oils. I am managing to reduce toxins by making cleaning products and I'm even using natural home-made muscle rub, ointments, deodorants, inhalers and baby wipes!! ...Whatever life throws at us, we have been able to turn to our box of oils rather than worry as to whether we will be able to get a Doctor's appointment or if there is a pharmacy open. We have had so many different, positive results with supporting our health and wellbeing. So naturally I feel passionate about sharing my wealth of knowledge and skills with you lovely lot

Yesterday, Transform Your Training and I had the privilege of facilitating Becoming Conscious: Inclusion That Helps People Belong, Thrive and Achieve as part of Inspire Education Group (IEG) Staff Development Conference.

It was one of those sessions that stays with you.

Watching colleagues take time to pause, reflect and explore the lenses through which they see the world was incredibly powerful.

Using a superhero mask activity, participants reflected on the experiences, assumptions and perspectives that shape what they notice, what they miss, and how they interact with others. What started as a creative exercise quickly became a catalyst for some honest and thought provoking conversations.

The activity encouraged people to consider the lens they bring to teaching, conversations and meetings, the biases or stereotypes that may influence their thinking, and what new perspectives could help build greater belonging, fairness and understanding.

What I loved most was the openness in the room. People shared different viewpoints, listened with curiosity, challenged ideas respectfully and created a space where everyone felt able to contribute.

Hearing everyone's key takeaways at the end of the session was a wonderful reminder that we all have something to learn from one another, and that meaningful inclusion starts with self awareness, reflection and a willingness to see the world through a different lens.

A huge thank you to everyone at Inspire Education Group who contributed so thoughtfully throughout the day. Together, these conversations help move us from awareness to action, and from intention to inclusion.

šŸ’œ Bias → Behaviour → Impact → Inclusion

šŸ’œ Awareness → Change

Good afternoon, and happy Monday! ā˜€ļø

I unlocked a new little life hack over the weekend… frozen hot water bottles šŸ˜… Not even for keeping cool (because let’s be honest, I’m not that anti-sunshine), but something about it has been helping me drift off so much easier. Like the perfect balance of comfort without overheating… I might be onto something here šŸ˜‚

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve loved the glorious sunshine we’ve been having lately — I’m not ready to give that up just yet! But I definitely haven’t missed the restless, too-hot-to-sleep nights šŸ™ˆ

So today feels like a bit of a gentle reset… A chance to ease into the week, take a breath, and not rush straight into full speed.

You don’t have to go all in today.

Just start.

What’s one thing you’re carrying into this week?

This is one of the best summations I have ever seen, so I had to share it far & wide

I get why this hits. I think it says something really important: ADHD doesn’t mean 'broken'... and honestly, I still struggle to believe that sometimes myself. And yes, the wrong environment can make everything feel 10x harder.

I think the tricky thing is the word 'disorder'. Even when it’s used clinically, it can easily sound like 'sick', 'abnormal', or 'defective', both to ADHD people and non-ADHD people. So I really understand the desire to reframe it. At the same time, I wouldn’t want to erase the fact that ADHD can be genuinely disabling for many people, and that the label can help people access support.

So maybe the balance is: ADHD is real, it’s not a personal flaw, and the right environment makes a massive difference.

For well over two years, I’ve been trying to figure out where I fit.

On paper, my background looks… diverse: ✨ Qualified in IT (in a past life šŸ˜‚)
✨ Nutritional Therapy
✨ Aromatherapy
✨ Mental Health & Neurodiversity

And alongside that, a wealth of lived experience: C-PTSD, ACEs, and as a domestic abuse survivor.

For a long time, I saw these as separate pieces. Hard to explain. Hard to package. Hard to define a niche.

But on Saturday morning, I woke up with a lightbulb moment šŸ’”

It all fits.

Every bit of my training, every experience, every challenge I’ve worked through... it all points in one direction.

So, I’m really pleased to finally say:

I am now a Nervous System Mental Health Coach and Nutritionist.

This feels like the missing piece… the thread that ties every inch of my 'invisible suitcase' together.

Because healing isn’t just about mindset.
It’s not just about nutrition.
And it’s not just about diagnosis.

It’s about the nervous system, and how everything connects.

Excited (and honestly, relieved!) to finally step into this fully šŸ™Œ

Did you know that 30–50% of people with ADHD also have an anxiety disorder? That overlap is huge and it’s one of the most common patterns I see in my coaching work.

I’m planning a live workshop that digs into exactly this.

Why ADHD and anxiety fuel each other, how to spot the early cues, and what actually helps your nervous system feel safer.

Join me on May 30, 2026 at 6:00 PM (BST) for a relaxed online chat about ADHD and anxiety.

The moment a client says ā€˜I trust myself again’, that’s the breakthrough.

Self‑trust isn’t built through discipline. It’s built through listening, noticing, and honouring your limits without shame.
