To the men reading this: when was the last time you checked in with yourself... not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too?
Many men grow up believing they should be strong, self-reliant, and able to handle everything on their own. But carrying stress, anxiety, burnout, or emotional struggles in silence doesn't make you stronger.
Looking after your wellbeing is one of the most important things you can do for yourself and the people who care about you.
And to the women: take a moment this week to check in with the men in your life. A partner, father, brother, son, friend, or colleague 🧑🏻 🧔🏻 👨🏻 🧔🏻♂️
Sometimes a simple "How are you, really?" can open the door to a conversation that someone has been needing for a long time.
