❗️Not Slimming World related HOWEVER this may be of interest to someone. A friend of mine has 2 tickets in a corporate box for the England v Panama game. He paid £500 each but he didn't realise when he bought them that it was going to be the same day as his wedding! If you are interested, he is looking for someone to take his place.

It's at Maidstone Registry Office, at 4pm. The bride's name is Nicola -- she's 5'4", about 8 stone, quite pretty, has her own income and is a really good cook. Pm for more details 😉

A draw is still a point on the board! ⚽️ England may not have got the win against Ghana, but every game is a chance to learn, grow and come back stronger. Just like on Slimming World – not every week is a loss on the scales, but staying committed and moving forward is what counts. Progress, not perfection! 💪🌟

Slimming World & World Cup Night

The food diary’s ready, the Healthy choices are set,
Swips have been counted, no regrets just yet.
The speed foods are stacked, the tea’s looking grand,
While England face Ghana with hopes high across the land!

No crisps from the cupboard, no takeaway call,
Just free foods and football — the best combo of all.
A jacket potato, some salad piled high,
As Kane chases glory beneath the night sky.

If England score early, we’ll cheer with delight,
And celebrate wisely with fruit on the side tonight!
Win, lose or draw, we’ll stay on the plan,
Because Slimming World’s stronger than one cheeky flan.

🏃‍♀️💖 Well, today’s the day… Race for Life 2026! 💖🏃‍♀️

Another 5K ahead of me today, and I’m so proud to be taking part in such an amazing event. I’m also incredibly proud that Slimming World is sponsoring Race for Life again, supporting the fantastic work that Cancer Research UK does.

Even more special is the fact that I’ll be joined by an amazing team of 20 of my members who are taking part alongside me today. Seeing their commitment, determination, and support for one another makes me so proud to be their Consultant. ❤️
