Meditative hobbies for those “rhythmic”/ competitive
Increasing heart rate for “metabolic”/ put on weight easily

And obviously we are a mix of these.

👉Main sources are fish, meat & leafy greens.

Michelangelo inspired awe through his understanding of the human body. Centuries later, science reveals just how beautiful that complexity really is.

Relativity recent research has shown the close like between the microbiome and physical and mental health- intricate feedback loops keeping a healthy balance.

With growing calls from both healthcare journals (including BJGP and IHCAN) and patients for more holistic healthcare, it's worth asking whether a more integrative approach could help address the interconnected nature of health.

📍We're now close to completing the analysis of responses from our study.

One of the most striking findings so far is that many patients present with more than one health concern. While unsurprising, this emphasises the importance of viewing health through a whole-body approach.

I'm looking forward to sharing the results once the analysis is complete. 😀
