I’m passionate about yoga and what positive benefits it as on body and mind, I encourage healthy natural eating and often share some favourite recipes and methods. my classes are challenging and will not just cha

nge your body but your mind also, I try to make them fun and with a flow so creating a semi meditated effect on your mind, I encourage you to focus on your breathing which allows you to surrender deeper into postures and fully connect with your practice body and mind. I’m also reiki trained which comes through on my practice helping to calm and still your mind. I hope you fall in love with yoga as much as I did

You do not need to master every “Instagram perfect” pose to become an incredible yoga teacher.

Terrie explains that your ability to teach is not measured by how deeply you can bend, twist or balance. Throughout your training, you’ll learn how to confidently and clearly guide your students through postures using effective verbal cueing, safe instruction, modifications and intelligent progression.

You may not physically demonstrate every variation yourself, but you will understand the pose well enough to support your students safely, confidently and effectively.

A great yoga teacher does not perform for the room.

🤍 Why a Silent Studio? 🤍

We often get asked why we ask for silence once you step into our practice space.

It’s certainly not because we don’t love conversation. In fact, community is one of the things we’re most proud of at Eden. Friendships are made here, conversations flow, and you’ll often find people chatting, laughing and connecting before and after class in our reception area.

But the studio itself is something a little different.

We see it as a sanctuary.

For many, the moment they walk through our doors is the first chance they’ve had all day to simply be. To step away from work, family responsibilities, notifications, traffic and the constant noise of modern life.

Silence gives you permission to arrive.

To notice your breath.
To soften your shoulders.
To settle your nervous system.
To leave the outside world at the door, even if it’s only for an hour.

Some students choose to meditate, some stretch gently, some simply sit quietly with their thoughts. Others may have had the hardest day imaginable and need those few precious moments before practice to reconnect with themselves.

Yoga begins long before the first posture.

Our silent studio is an invitation to turn your awareness inward before we move outward.

So please keep the conversations flowing in reception, share stories, make new friends, and enjoy the beautiful community we’ve built together. Then, as you enter the studio, allow yourself and everyone around you the gift of silence.

Sometimes the most healing thing we can hear… is nothing at all. 🤍
