One of the three core principles of first aid: only use equipment or medicines you have actually been trained to use.

A defib is not intuitive.
Someone else’s inhaler is not yours to administer.

The other two principles, for the record:
1️⃣ Check the scene is safe
2️⃣ Call 999
3️⃣ Only use equipment or medicines you’re trained to use
