📣 We’re hiring – Client Operations Specialist - Canterbury

We’re looking for someone to join our team at All Health Matters as a Client Operations Specialist.

This is a role at the centre of the business - you’ll be one of the main points of contact for our clients, helping to keep things running smoothly day to day and shaping the quality of the relationships they have with us.

It’s a mix of:
🔸 working closely with client contacts by phone and email
🔸 managing bookings, queries and admin
🔸 keeping everything organised and moving
🔸 and welcoming people on reception or visiting client sites

We’re not just looking for someone who can stay on top of tasks (although that matters). We’re looking for someone who:
🔸 enjoys building relationships
🔸 takes ownership
🔸 brings energy and warmth to their work
🔸 helps clients and visitors feel supported, not just processed
🔸 and wants to be part of a small, growing, employee-owned business

You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be someone who learns quickly and is happy to get stuck in.
