Miracles do happen.

Our client had experienced multiple miscarriages but continued to hold space to hope for a successful pregnancy. Alongside medical care, she did a huge amount of to support herself, with reflexology, lifestyle changes and looking after her wellbeing.

Her story is beautiful, happy and full of hope. We are grateful that she invited us to share her journey.

What a fantastic day!

I was so pleased to be part of the King's Staff Wellbeing Day, offering Clinical Reflexology sessions to support the amazing staff.

It's inspiring to see organisations putting wellbeing at the heart of their workplace culture. Even a short treatment can give someone the opportunity to reset, relax and feel cared for.

Thank you to everyone who visited me, and to King's for making wellbeing such a priority. I hope to see you all again soon.

Even babies born in 2024 “sent” their mammas to the clinic in 2025. The importance of looking after yourself before, during and after pregnancy is definitely my lesson of the year.

There have also been some heart warming moments for women struggling with painful periods and challenging periods/menopausal symptoms. It is possible to change the way your body manages and responds to hormonal triggers.

I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities to work with so many amazing people this year.
