😍 This support aims to provide:
β€’ a safe place to be heard, to belong and to explore what happened to you.

β€’ a variety of strategies to work through what happened (these will also be transferable to difficult situations you might experience in the future)

β€’ ways to let go of unhelpful feelings/experiences/beliefs, helping to then build your confidence and resilience over the 12 hours together.

Thanks to Kent County Council, this support is grant subsidised, with further concessions for low income families. Quote "Earlybird" to access a discount on full price tickets if you book before 23/09/26.
