Our Spring My Birth Recovery Course has been a safe place to be real about anger, tears, celebration and joy. So often our strong feelings just don't seem to be "allowed", but the journey to and needs honest acknowledgement of feelings, beliefs and desires.

Thank you to everyone who took the brave step of being real and supporting each other to provide a safer place to be real.

If you need support, don't hesitate to get in touch. 1:1 support is always available in person and online. We hope to have a new My Birth Recovery Course starting in the Autumn and you could be involved in choosing the dates for that course now.

It's been 5 years that My Birth Support has been supporting family mental health and emotional wellbeing as a CIC. We celebrate and prioritise you as a parent/carer, to enable you to better care for your family. So it's time to PARTY!

Join us on Thursday 18th June with:
-cake
-family photos from Dover Media Company
-facepainting for the adults (and preschoolers if it's okay with your parents!) by the wonderful Mrs Jelllybaby Facepaints
-temporary tattoos for the adults, glow in the dark tattoos for the kids
-virgin cocktail bar to make your own creative design
-ice lollies to help us cool down if it's hot and
-an encouraging meditation/visualisation (preschoolers, do bring along your favourite teddy for this party

Brilliant day at the 11th Make summit in London. Wonderful to meet Laura from , Victoria from , Sonah from , for the first time in person 😃 Also to catch up with Sam from Perinatal Academy and Lauren from Make Birth Better.

Our Spring My Birth Recovery Course was a beautiful supportive space for healing. and needs a safe, held space to unfold. We do all we can to provide as safe a space as possible and adapt to the needs of the group each week to suit those who come.

We're delighted to let you know all about our June support. As well as the podcasts and 1:1s, we have these group events, courses and training sessions available in person or online.

TONIGHT, do join us for Maternal Journal on Zoom 20.00-21.45 join us for a relaxing creative evening with mums from across the UK. Book your place now on Eventbrite.

On a Tuesday 2nd and 16th, 9.30-11.15, pop in and join us at our Stay and Play group with Route 23 at Spring Lane Neighbourhood Centre, Canterbury. No need to book.

Wednesday 3rd, Aileen is leading a workshop and being a panel member at the Make Birth Better Summit in London . This year's theme is about birth trauma recovery and post traumatic growth.

Our Spring My Birth Recovery Course has come to and end, but the healing journey continues for these mums. and takes time and often many different types of support, care and help.

Thank you to everyone who took the brave step of asking for help and who contributed to help each other. We learn from each other's stories too!

We have PAYG and membership places available. Members who block book receive a gorgeous free journaling gift in the post with everything you need to join in the sessions and carry on journaling at home.

Our monthly online creative evenings are for anyone who identifies as a mum, whether you are:
+ expecting,
+ a new mum,
+ a mum of older children
+ adopting/fostering,
+a grandma or great grandma

These evening sessions are designed to give you a break from childcare, although we warmly welcome babes in arms. We hope you can get a night to yourself.
