He has supported clients in their homes during difficult circumstances. Edward uses a range of strategies to help calm clients and encourage community engagement so they remain settled. He works closely with other professionals, providing relevant information to support the development of person-centred care plans. He also prioritises safety and ensures that he follows agreed ways of working. Edward has received positive feedback from family members and next of kin for the high standard of care he provides. Overall, he continues to improve and maintain a consistently strong level of performance.

What an incredible day of fun, positive wellbeing, and teamwork! 🌞🎉

Our GPC 2026 Team & Clients Sports Day brought everyone together for a fantastic day filled with laughter, games, and unforgettable memories. From tug of war and volleyball to relay races and team challenges, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

At GPC, we believe that promoting health, wellbeing, and social inclusion is just as important as the care we provide. It was wonderful to see our clients, support workers, families, and staff encouraging one another, celebrating achievements, and enjoying quality time together in such a positive and inclusive environment.

A special highlight of the day was seeing participants of all abilities getting involved, supporting one another, and demonstrating the true meaning of teamwork and positive professional relationships. The smiles, determination, and sportsmanship shown throughout the day made the event memorable.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, and helped organise this amazing event. Your enthusiasm, dedication, and support made the day possible.

Here's to creating more opportunities that bring people together, build confidence, encourage active lifestyles, strengthen our GPC team culture, and promote positive well being. 💚
