The first time I realised I wanted to be a hypnotherapist was when I was a little girl. My friends and I would pretend to hypnotise each other.
Paul McKenna had a show on TV and this must have influenced me.
Later in life I saw a hypnotherapist for fear of flying. It worked so well for me and I that’s when I realised the power of our own minds.
We are great at imagining dramas and worst scenarios But we can also imagine things going well and being successful at something. Done enough times, this becomes our new norm.
So, when I had the chance to train I jumped at it. It is such an honour to help people feel empowered and make positive changes.
