This really resonated with me. As a woman of said certain age I have often pondered whether I have enough to offer to those younger seeking the 'perfect' body. But the reality is that when you look in the mirror and learn to respect your reflection for all that it has been through and achieved you come to understand the experience that you can pass on which is so much more valuable. The goal is to be able to move freely with a strong and mobile body, enjoying all that life has to offer.
