A few of my most recent reviews, if you've not left me one yet and have seen me please do!

Here is examples of how I treat (severe chest pain and tightness!

, , , conditions, hips, glutes and a huge knot like a chicken fillet!!!

The common denominator is all of them were so fed up, had various treatments with very limited results. What was also apparent is they all really understood their own body and made my job very very easy, they just needed to be listened to.

Nobody understands your body like you do. Likewise you deserve to feel improvement in a single session and sent away with the tools to be able to then help yourself.

That's why every appointment is a one off, as my job to get you pain free and able to move again so you can go from strength to strength 🙏🏻💪🏻❤️

Cheers

Such a lovely review from Angela Edler-Maidment who has been struggling with her shoulder pain and impringement for a long time, had tried various treatments with no success.

I think we both got a bit emotional (just like I did when Stephen Heaton helped fix me!) and this is why I do this, to help people the way I was helped to get my life back.

There has been a few tears here, but luckily all happy ones ❤️🥹

Can Kinetic Therapy help with Cellulite? Google "fascia blasting for cellulite"... Kinetic Therapy is fascia blasting on steroids! (If youve benefitted in this way, please share this post and leave a comment about your experience ❤️)

It's not something I advise but recently I've had a lot of clients say they have had others notice their appearance of & even has greatly improved! This is because the chances are the fascia is unhealthy and makes it appear way worse than it is! Read below for a full explanation of what is shown above!

Fascial Distortions vs. Healthy Fascia

Fascial Distortions: The upper diagram shows fat cells that have become enlarged and are being pushed upward toward the skin's surface. This occurs when the connective tissue (fascia) becomes rigid or develops "anchor points" that pull down on the skin. The result is the uneven, "dimpled" texture visible in the top photograph.

Healthy Fascia: The lower diagram illustrates a more organized structure. The fascia is supple and the connective tissue is vertical and resilient, allowing fat cells to remain distributed evenly in the hypodermis layer. This creates the smoother skin appearance shown in the bottom photograph.

Like I say, I promote Kinetic Therapy for it's
