It’s hard to believe I’ve now been at this beautiful Canarian market for 6 years, and that iCBD itself has been on this journey for 9 years. ❤️

iCBD began with products I originally designed and formulated in the UK, and over the years they have continued to be designed and formulated here in Fuerteventura, the island I’m so grateful to call home. 🌴

From the very beginning, this 9-year journey has been about much more than CBD. Compassion, gratitude and genuinely wanting to help people have always been at the heart of everything I do.

10 years.

Ten years since I last needed to visit a doctor for my own health.

That wasn’t always my reality.

For most of my life I lived with asthma, chest infections, IBS, depression, psoriasis, eczema, insomnia, and symptoms that led doctors to investigate Crohn’s disease and bowel cancer.

At 42, I was diagnosed with MCAS by a German doctor living in the Canary Islands. That diagnosis helped me understand many of the health challenges I’d been living with since birth.

That journey inspired me to learn everything I could about nutrition, lifestyle, and natural wellbeing. It eventually led me to create iCBD.

This isn’t medical advice, and I’m not suggesting my experience will be the same for everyone. It’s simply my personal story, and I’m incredibly grateful for the life I live today.

If my story helps even one person, then sharing it is worth it. 🙏❤️

🌊 Sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply slow down.

Today, while walking along the ocean and watching Atlantis enjoy her bike ride, I was reminded how easy it is to rush through life without appreciating the little things.

🌿 A Story Born From Hope

Every brand has a beginning.

Ours didn’t begin in a laboratory or a boardroom. It began with years of searching for answers.

For much of my life, I lived with unexplained health challenges. Despite trying conventional approaches, I still felt there had to be another way. That journey led me to dedicate years to learning about nutrition, botanical science and traditional wellness.

In 2022, I was diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) by a specialist physician in Fuerteventura. Receiving that diagnosis brought clarity, but by then something important had already happened—the journey that became Namaste Nutraceuticals had already begun.

Unable to find the botanical products I believed should exist, I started creating my own formulations with one simple goal: to develop products I would be proud to give to my own family.

Every ingredient has a purpose.

Every formulation is created with care.

Every decision is guided by quality, integrity and compassion.

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted here, and today I’d like to share something very special with you.

Over the past nine years, iCBD has grown from the natural formulations I first created in my own kitchen into an award-winning range that has been trusted by thousands of people.

Looking back, I feel nothing but gratitude.

Thank you for every conversation we’ve shared over the years.

Your trust and support have meant more to me than I could ever put into words.

Many of you already know that my passion has always been about much more than creating products.

For over ten years, I’ve dedicated my life to studying yoga, nutrition, Ayurvedic wisdom and the incredible wisdom of nature.
