🌈 Join our support bubble by attending one of our free support groups this month! 💫

Who we support: 🧘
- LGBT+ people of all ages and all backgrounds
- Loved ones of LGBT+ people who need support in adjusting to their loved ones identity
- Anyone struggling with mental health and wellbeing regarding LGBT+ topics
- LGBT+ parents and/or children

We aim to offer: 💪
- A non-judgmental, safe space to focus on wellbeing and mental health
- Tools to work on building resilience
- Create stronger supportive relationships and increase understanding and compassion for each other
- A relaxed chat and get together with other like minded people

You do not have to "fit the criteria" to join us, and there is no obligation to participate or stay the whole time. Feel free to get in touch beforehand if you have any questions or worries about joining us 🌷
