🎶🍰 In Memory of Dolly Parton at Liberty House 🍰🎶

Liberty House residents enjoyed a wonderful baking session in memory of the legendary Dolly Parton, making her famous Cuppa Cuppa Cake. Residents had lots of fun mixing the simple ingredients together, sharing memories and enjoying the delicious smell of freshly baked cake filling the home.🍦🍰

To finish off this tasty treat, everyone enjoyed a generous scoop of ice cream alongside their cake — a lovely way to celebrate the music, warmth and spirit of Dolly Parton! 🎵🍦❤️

Resident John enjoyed some lovely one-to-one time, playing a fun and friendly game of cards and enjoying some great conversation along the way with staff ♠️♥️

Also this afternoon they got creative and helped to put together a new activities folder, using their artistic skills to decorate the front covers 🖍️🫟
It was a wonderful opportunity for residents to get involved, express their creativity and put their own personal touch on the folder. 🎨✨

🎲Fun and games plus one to one time at Liberty House 💅

Residents enjoyed a fun-filled day at Liberty House today, starting with a lively games morning featuring giant Snakes and Ladders and some gentle exercise using the parachute filling the room with lots of laughter ⚽🐍

In the afternoon, residents enjoyed some lovely one-to-one pamper time, finishing the day feeling relaxed and refreshed with their nails freshly painted. 💅😊

☀️🎪 Liberty House Summer Fayre! 🎪☀️
Residents, staff and family had a wonderful afternoon enjoying the summer sunshine at our Summer Fayre!

🌞❤️ Everyone enjoyed browsing the lovely stalls, relaxing with a drink and a slice of cake, tucking into delicious hot dogs, and even enjoying freshly cooked popcorn! 🍰🌭🍿

We were also entertained by the wonderful singer Brian, and everyone loved dancing the afternoon away and having lots of fun together! 🎶💃🕺

A huge thank you from everyone at Liberty House to all our residents, families, staff and members of our community who came along and helped make the afternoon so special. ❤️
We hope you all had as much fun as we did! 🌟
