Anyone else noticed the evenings creeping in already?
We're not quite at big-coat-and-hot-chocolate season yet… but you can definitely feel summer beginning to shift.
And while some people LOVE the thought of cosy autumn evenings, for others this time of year can feel quite different.
Less daylight.
More time indoors.
Less motivation.
More overthinking.
Changes to sleep.
And sometimes a noticeable dip in mood.
If you know the darker months tend to affect you, don't wait until you're really struggling to start looking after yourself.
Get outside during daylight when you can. Keep some structure in your days. Stay connected with people. Move your body. Protect your sleep routine. And notice when your thoughts start becoming harder to manage.
🌿 Hypnotherapy can also help with anxiety, stress, sleep and those repetitive thought patterns that can leave your mind feeling permanently switched on.
Autumn doesn't have to be something you simply endure. 🍂
