Hello my name is Maria but many people know me as "Maz" - my school nickname. I am qualified to Centralia's Reflexology Mastership; currently the highest qualification & I am a member of Professional Reflexology. Reflexology techniques & theories have been noted for thousands of years. A practitioner will apply gentle pressure with their thumb or fingers. This is usually preformed on their client'

s feet but can also be applied to the client's hands if preferred. The basic principal follows that specific points on the feet & hands, reflect or relate to specific points on the body. Both therapies can assist with many different conditions e.g. sleeping patterns, IBS, hay fever, headaches, muscle & joint pain, hormone balance & fertility, to name but a few. I have experience of working with children, the elderly & people with learning difficulties. I would encourage anyone to give it a go. Reflexology is not ticklish & I don't judge the condition of your feet. Reiki is conducted fully clothed with hands placed above or lightly on specific body areas. An appointment is an hour inclusive of treatment time. I work from my treatment space in Carbis Bay & am also available for bookings at Clarence House, Penzance. So yesterday I had my final practitioner level kinesiology exam..16 months of study, revising & saving for course fees.
I've no idea how the exam went..time (& results will tell). I've learnt a lot, I wanted a challenge. Thank you to my supportive & brilliant fellow students. Most importantly, thank you to Gavin NEUROMATIC KINESIOLOGY for his teachings & knowledge. If you have an interest in kinesiology, look him up.
Finally to those who have supported me throughout this journey, words, time, practice & some financial help along the way..I couldn't have even begun this without you.
It's now time to breathe a little before launching full throttle later in the year..I'll keep you posted🙏🧡
