Thrilled to announce our gorgeous who was voted our woman of the year in my Friday 9.30am Slimming World group.

Linda has gone on to lose six and a half stones whilst still enjoying her favourite foods and drinks. Still being a social butterfly and with just a few small changes continues to be successful with her weight loss journey.

Well this was a nice little find. 😊
Easy peasy to do and only 4 swips. Just throw it all in! I always have to be a bit careful with rice dishes as I can accidently cook enough to feed a small village as I always thing 'that doesn't look like very much' 😅
So at 1 swip per serving, I'm very happy with that 😋

Celebrations continued today in my gorgeous Slimming World groups where was our diamond target winner having lost over two & a half stones. 👏
Then, in the 9.30pm group Sheila Paulin picked up the award. 👏
Both having maintained their weight loss for over a year.
