Relax & Refresh yoga at a gorgeous cardiff city centre cafe.

So excited to guide you through a relaxing, refreshing yoga experience after work on Thursday, March 9th 5.30pm-6.30pm.

We will Move, Breath & Meditate, then have a delicious cup of tea or coffee & cake. The perfect way to end your day. Bring a mat & enjoy!

Choose your own 'Self-Care'

One person's self care is so different to another. I often think I should be doing sea swimming, ice baths, cold showers!
But they aren't for me!
I'm a runner, yogi, meditator, and herbal tea girl!
I love running when it's cold, rainy & windy! It makes me feel alive & blows the cobwebs away. I also love 5 minutes of quiet sat with my herbal tea, smelling the tea & feeling the warmth of the mug!,
And obviously!! I love yoga! ❤️
Yoga can really change your day. Lifting your mood, calming a busy mind & moving a stiff body.

I was recently asked 'What's a Vegan Yoga Studio??'
yoga is vegan as we follow Ahimsa, the 1st step on the Yogi path - do no harm.

Everything at the studio is Vegan (doesn't hurt animals) Eco-friendly (doesn't hurt the planet)
& Ethical (doesn't hurt people)
I live my life by these values so of course my studio would be the same!

I source everything from yoga mats to cleaning products to candles & essential oils to yoga leggings with these principles at the foreground of my mind.
So you know when you come to my studio it is a safe space. You are not adding to the destruction of the world through nasty chemicals, plastic, suffering or harm.
You can feel peaceful, safe & happy that no harm is caused.
