My next Healing Soundbath will be on Dunday, 9th August, 9:30-11am at Cardiff Pilates Studio.

This is your invitation to leave everything at the door, take a deep breath and allow yourself to be.

The soundwaves will do the rest. They will wash over you, bringing you deep relaxation, removing any energy blockages that are causing imbalance in your system, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.

When we allow ourselves to reach this depth of relaxation, our nervous system is reset and we achieve a state where our whole being can reset and regenerate.

Wear comfy, layered clothes, bring an extra pillow and blanket, maybe cosy socks and get ready to settle down for a healing, transformative journey.

We will share a hot caffeine drink and light snacks at the end to ground before walking back out into the world.

And it's a wrap on a beautiful week at 😍

Slow, hot summer days, mindblowing sunsets, catching up with old friends, making new ones, walking barefoot, fabulous music, delicious food, deep connection with the Earth, the elements, my fellow humans, my higher self.

I had the absolute joy of introducing my practices to beautiful souls and witness some powerful "aha" moments, whilst allowing space for waves of stillness.

Happy birthday to me!🎂☀️

I love birthdays and today is my 58th trip around the sun.

Birthdays have a funny habit of inviting reflection and when I look back, I genuinely wouldn't change a single thing.

The journey has been twisty, bumpy, full of learning, pain, joy, love, growth, blessings and it is still happening, I have no idea where it's taking me and it doesn't matter, the ride is the fun part, the part that is important. The present is the only certainty we have, the only time when we are truly alive✨️

So here's to maturing (I'm not going to say growing old yet!😂) like a good cheese (shame I can no longer eat it!🙈) and staying present, making each moment count and not taking ourselves too seriously!

On Monday 29th June, our regular Kundalini Yoga class will focus on pranayama.

Knowing how to breathe can have a profound impact on your overall wellbeing, so we are going to dive deeper into the ins and outs of yogic breathwork.

Jenny and I went for an early walk this morning, it was shady, cool(ish) and quiet, deliciously quiet🤫

On our way home we were spotted by a fellow dog walker who was driving by and is one of Jenny's favourite people in the world because she always has treat treasures in her bag and gives the best back scratches!

She saw us, pulled over and pulled out a box of treats that she carries just in case and proceeded to spoil Jenny rotten😍

The unexpected thoughtfulness of this gesture, the sheer joy and grace of giving and receiving (albeit a bit messy!) absolutely made my day!🥰

I hope someone gives you treats and back scratches today!😊🎂❤️
