Join us for a calming, grounding evening to soften, release & reconnect 🧡

Begin with gentle, grounding movement and breathwork to ease tension and prepare the body for release 🌿😌

Moving into a sacred cacao ceremony — a soothing ritual known for gently opening the heart and deepening your sense of connection within.

Cacao is the raw form of chocolate, and when blended with plant-based milk it becomes a warming, chocolate-like drink — sipped together with deep intention to create the ceremonial experience ☕️💫

Following with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath of singing bowls, chimes, and gongs to soothe the nervous system and restore balance 🎶🕯️
