Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 is almost here 🤩! This year, we’re embracing a powerful mission: “to create communities that care for people living with a mental illness.” 👫👏

We all play an integral role in creating a supportive 👥, and compassionate environment—for our service users, our colleagues and ourselves 😊🏥. To help raise awareness 📣 📈 and encourage open conversations 🗣️ about mental health, we’ve organised a week long 📆 schedule of activities 🎨🎤🧐🗞️, designed to promote well-being 🥰, connection 🤝and self-care 😊.


We have invited our staffing teams and service users to take part in activities this coming week, whether it’s dropping in for a chat 💬, joining a quiz 📚 or simply pausing to reflect 😌. Their presence matters, and their well-being is a priority 💪.

Let’s come together to raise awareness and strengthen our culture of care! 🗣️🏥🧠
