🚨 Cancellation Policy (aka: Don’t Ghost Your Massage Therapist 😅)

I get it — life happens. Muscles pull, plans change, and sometimes the sofa just wins. BUT… disappearing on your massage appointment hurts more than your tight hamstrings.

Here’s the deal:

⏰ Give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
💸 Less than 24 hours? That’s 50% of the session fee
👻 No-shows? Full session fee… and I’ll assume you’ve run off to join the circus

I’m a one-man operation, not a big spa — so when you don’t show up, that’s time I can’t get back (or give to someone else who needs fixing!).

All jokes aside, I’ll always try to be understanding when I can 👍
Just don’t leave me stood there with fresh towels and no client…

Because apparently… you lot *love* ignoring your body until it files a formal complaint 😏

💪 5 massages = free 30 mins (for repeat offenders)
💪 10 massages = free 60 mins( at this point, just admit you need me)

Look, I’m not saying you’re the problem…
…but your tight calves, dodgy back, and questionable life choices say otherwise 👀

Hi, I’m Josh Jones — the guy who’s going to find muscles you didn’t even know you had… and then remind you they exist 😅

I’m a sports massage therapist who helps with:
