Introducing something I’ve been desperate to bring to you for a while… the Document Generator is now LIVE inside The Complications Guru.

If you’ve ever thought, “I’ll do my notes later,” because it means copying, pasting, and battling with formatting in Word… this is for you.

👉 Here’s what’s changed:

You no longer need to build documents from scratch or keep a messy folder of old templates.

Now you can simply ask the Guru to generate what you need, in seconds.

👉 For example:

• Aftercare forms (ready to hand to a client)
• Full dermal filler paperwork (templates, records, forms)
• Consultation templates and clinic documentation
• Policies, checklists, and governance documents

👉 How it works (it’s genuinely easy):
Ask the Guru for the document you want (e.g. “Create a dermal filler aftercare form”).
Once it generates, click Documents.

👉 Use the new editing panel to customise:
• Font
• Text size
• Layout
• Spacing and structure

Want it to look like your clinic? Click Branding to add your clinic branding to the document.
Save it for your records by downloading it straight to your device.

Because good documentation shouldn’t be the thing that slows you down at the end of a long clinic day.

This feature is about making the admin side of aesthetics quicker, cleaner, and more consistent without sacrificing quality.

Really excited to share some news…

Palm Springs Training is bringing two new trainers into the team.

Demand for training has been huge recently — to the point we’ve unfortunately had to turn people away due to limited availability. This change means we can meet the demand properly and open up many more dates.

What this means for you:

More group training availability
More spaces released
Shorter waiting times

What a brilliant day in London yesterday for the Vivacy Faculty Meeting

So proud to be part of the Vivacy UK team — surrounded by some of the most inspiring minds in aesthetics, with a shared passion for clinical excellence, innovation, and ongoing development.

We had exciting discussions, sneak peeks at new product launches, and a look ahead at what’s coming in the next few months… and let me tell you — it’s going to be BIG.
