Thursday Cyncoed Methodist Church

Due to the extreme weather I will be opening the weigh session from 9am-10am

Today has been one of those days where eating well and on plan could have easily gone out of the window.

Phoning 999 for my mother before 8 am - it didn’t start well.

I prepped lunch once the paramedics had stabilised her and put the lasagne in the oven while I went out for her prescription.

Now I’ve finally sat down for lunch before starting to teach I feel much better for having a hearty healthy meal.
