Are you a compassionate, dedicated, and motivated Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives?
At Derive Care, we are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team and help us deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assess service users' health needs and develop appropriate care plans.
✅ Administer medications and treatments safely in line with professional guidelines.
✅ Monitor service users' health and report any changes or concerns.
✅ Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff.
✅ Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
✅ Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and professional standards.
✅ Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, families, and other services.
✅ Promote dignity, independence, safeguarding, and person-centred care.
Skills and Requirements:
🔹 Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
🔹 Experience in nursing and clinical care; community or domiciliary care experience is desirable.
🔹 Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Good knowledge of medication management, safeguarding, and infection prevention.
🔹 Right to work in the UK.
🔹 A caring, professional, and reliable approach.
