Another busy week ahead with Training and Medical Cover. Starting tomorrow with the QNUK First Responder course, part being held at our centre and part on site of the customers to hold specific scenarios at their premises. This is what training is all about, giving the delegates the best equipment to practice on and giving them a great learning experience.

What would most people not do just 6 weeks after surgery… sign up for a 10k? 🫣

But here I am.

Seven years later (maybe long enough to forget how hard the first one felt), I’ve decided to lace up my trainers again and take on the Cardiff 10k for

This time, it means so much more.

As most of you know, we lost our dad 10 months ago to Alzheimer’s. But one of the hardest parts is that we actually lost him long before that. Alzheimer’s slowly takes the person you love, piece by piece, memory by memory. Watching that happen is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

I’m running because I don’t want other families to go through the same. I’m running for the memories we lost, and for the ones we’ll never get back. I’m running in the hope that one day, we can live in a world without dementia. Running might be a stretch. But I will get around even if I have to crawl over the line 🤣

I know times are tough for everyone right now, so please don’t feel any pressure to donate — even sharing this would mean so much to me 💙

Great way to get over hump day!! We welcomed staff from 2Can Productions Limited Dwr Cymru Welsh Water CMB Engineering ,Heavy movements Uk and St Marys Catholic Primary to the training centre. Every delegate smashed it and passed the MCQ paper easily. Well done all 👊

Well with only one show left to provide medical support for and our training courses finished for 2025 that will be a wrap from us.

We would love to introduce to you our new training centre. It literally has killed us getting this ready and up to standard. Scary step but very exciting purchasing our own centre.

Not quite the finished article yet but when we invite you to see our training centre you will see a scenario floor, state of the art classroom alongside our immersive suite.

The centre will also include office for staff and meeting rooms for staff development and catch ups.

We are going to rest up now over Christmas so we can hit the ground running in January. Thank you so much for all of your support in 2025 it really means everything to us!!

That's it!! The end of an era for our Llanishen Training Centre in Llanishen Village. We have loved growing and developing the business from here but it's now time to move on. Big news coming real soon!!!!
