Celebrating Amy’s LAST CLASS SWEATFIIT 😭❤️ Join us tomorrow 9am for one last hot yoga hurrah!

She’s moving to London baby and we could not be more happy for her exciting new start but we will miss her calming, kind & beautiful presence at the studio.

From student to teacher, Amy has embraced Sweatfiit with all her heart and it has made us beyond proud to see her flourish in not one, but two Sweatfiit teacher trainings and go on to be a hot yoga superstar star and a zen yin yoga instructor.

Her talents go way beyond the mat and we wish her every success in her new move. We love you Amy ❤️💪🔥🙏🏻

A huge Congrats to Laura on completing her 50th class at SweatFiit & getting her millstone prize 💪✨

Always smiling, always working hard, and always chasing those PBs scroll to see those bulging biceps ➡️ Laura is getting stronger every week.

But the best part? She’s lifting weights to be the strongest and fittest Grandma she can be—and she’s already noticed how much easier it is to get up off the floor at playgroup! 💪❤️

She manages to make a sweaty towel look glamorous... how does she do it?! 😂✨
