A great exercise to start strengthening your rotator cuff shoulder muscles in an isolated way. This position takes the weight of the arm and the towel places the shoulder in a comfortable position for the patient. Once you can master this exercise you can then progress to a more challenging position either by removing the towel and keeping the arm in the air and then in a standing position on your feet. I will post the progression in a standing position in my next video.
