Do you feel dizzy when rolling over in bed or looking up?

It could be Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) – the most common cause of vertigo, yet few people know what it is or that it can be treated.

Symptoms include: dizziness, nausea, loss of balance, vomiting, and even abnormal eye movements. These often occur when you change head position, sit up, look up, or roll over in bed.
