That's why we offer our secure Family App, helping authorised family members stay informed with visit updates, carers' notes and completed care tasks, all shared securely and with written consent.

💙 Big news at Pineshield!

We're excited to share some changes to our leadership team as we continue investing in the future of care across Cardiff and the surrounding areas.

From 1st July, Dean Morgan has taken on the role of Managing Director. Having worked in the care sector since 2011, Dean's journey began as a frontline care worker before progressing into business development and now leading Pineshield into its next chapter.

We're also delighted to welcome Abigael Miola into the newly created role of Outcomes Manager. Drawing on her experience as a Registered Manager, Abigael will focus on ensuring every care plan is centred around what matters most to each individual, supporting independence, personal goals and meaningful outcomes.

Finally, congratulations to Dominique Kalter, who has been promoted to Registered Manager. After joining Pineshield as a Team Lead, Dominique's dedication, passion and commitment have seen her progress into this important leadership role.

These appointments reflect our continued commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care and ensuring the people we support and their families, receive the very best experience possible.
