✨ REIKI CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨

Peace. Calm. Stillness. 🧘‍♂️

Those were the three words my client used to describe his Reiki experience.

He arrived after a busy day with a full head, a long to-do list and that feeling of being constantly switched on.

He left feeling very different.

💫 “It felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. My nervous system felt calmer and more relaxed, my thoughts were clear and I came away with a lot more clarity and control.

It felt like I had gone from being constantly switched on to finally being able to actually switch off.”

And then came something really interesting… 👀

My client regularly tracks his sleep, HRV and resting heart rate, so he has a good idea of his normal baseline.

The night after his Reiki session, his personal tracker showed:

🌙 An increased sleep score
❤️ An increase in HRV
💤 A decrease in resting heart rate

And the next morning, he woke feeling much better recovered.

Of course, one person’s wearable data can’t tell us that Reiki caused those changes, but I find it fascinating hearing not only how someone felt after their session, but what their own tracking showed too.

Sometimes we don’t realise how long we’ve been living in GO GO GO mode until our body finally gets the opportunity to experience some stillness. 🤍

And this isn’t the end of this particular story…
