Everything changes when you choose peace over survival.

Shamanic healing reaches the places that words often cannot. It allows us to work with the emotional, ancestral and energetic burdens that may be keeping us stuck, repeating the same patterns or carrying pain that does not feel entirely our own.

Some of the most beautiful and humbling work I have experienced has involved clearing ancestral energy and helping those who were still connected to this world return home to the light. It is deeply sacred work, carried out with respect, compassion and the understanding that nothing is ever forced. Only what is ready to be released is addressed.

Through my shamanic work, I offer support with emotional and energetic clearing, power retrieval, soul retrieval, ancestral healing and releasing what may be affecting you, your family or the space around you.

You can work with me through:

✨ I trained as a counsellor over 20 years ago, but nothing prepared me for the changes I would witness through Silent Counselling. ✨

In this video, I share why I became so passionate about this work and why I now teach it.

Silent Counselling helps people release emotional pain at the root without having to explain everything, retell their story or relive the trauma.

On Tuesday evening, I’m holding a FREE Zoom Information Session for anyone who wants to understand how it works and how they can experience or learn it.

You may be looking for support for yourself. You may want to help someone you love. Or you may feel called to add this powerful technique to the work you already do.

I’ll explain the difference between:

✨ Experiencing Silent Counselling through a 1:1 or group session
✨ Level One training to use it with yourself, family and friends
✨ Level Two training to become a Silent Counselling practitioner

You’ll be able to ask your questions and decide for yourself whether this is the right next step for you.

✨ 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒎𝒆 𝒔𝒐 𝒎𝒖𝒄𝒉 ✨

A little glimpse of some of the very special moments from my time in Uist and Benbecula, and from being back in South Uist, my ancestral home.

The weather during this visit has been a true gift. I never imagined I would have so many days in the high twenties or see 30 degrees showing on my car temperature. The breathtaking beaches, the quiet calm and the space to simply breathe have all made this time even more special.

I am so grateful to every beautiful soul who came along to my Silent Counselling group sessions. Introducing new people to the wonders of Silent Counselling, supporting them as they released what they had been carrying and witnessing their profound changes truly makes my soul sing.

And woven through it all has been the healing this beautiful place has offered me too.

But the best part has been spending most of my days with Mum and Dad. Time together is so precious, and I cherish every moment I have with them. 🤍

Going past Granny’s cottage (Shell Bus) each day and watching it slowly being brought back to life has been incredibly special. It holds so many memories, and there is something deeply moving about seeing life return to a place that is such an important part of my family and my heart.

I’ve also loved staying in my sister’s beautiful home and spending my evenings in the hot tub, watching the sky paint a completely new picture every night. Each one has been different, and every one has been breathtaking.

During my time here, I also conducted a shamanic ceremony for my ancestors following a sad event that took place. It was deeply personal and powerful, and I’ll share more about that later.

There is something about being here that helps me slow down, reconnect with myself and remember what truly matters.

I arrived ready to give, but this place and the people I love have given so much back to me.

My heart is very full. 🤍
