We've had a few questions recently, so we thought we'd answer them here...

🍽️ Do I have to be staying at the hotel to eat?
Not at all, our bar and restaurant are open to everyone, so feel free to pop in whenever you're in the city centre.

⏰ What time are you open?
The bar is open daily from 11am until late, with food served 12pm to 9pm.

🐶 Are dogs allowed?
Absolutely! Dogs are welcome to join you in our bar area while you relax with a drink or a bite to eat.

🏊 Can non-residents use the pool?
Yes! We offer monthly swimming memberships with access to the pool from 7am to 10pm. There are changing rooms on site, with towels available from reception and hairdryers provided.

🎉 Who do I contact about weddings, parties or private events?
Our Events Team would love to hear from you, just email [email protected] and they'll be happy to answer any questions.

🎄 Are you hosting Christmas Party Nights this year?
We certainly are! If you'd like to celebrate with us this festive season, get in touch with our Events Team for dates, menus and availability before spaces fill up.

Who is doing Race For Life on Wednesday 1st July in Blackpool or Saturday 5th July in Carlisle?
