As we continue to think focus on Mental Health, one of the most simple things we can do is...breathe.

Breathe in...

And breathe out.

Take a couple of minutes to close your eyes and focus on your breathing, reconnect with your body and take notice of how you feel.

Doing simple breathing exercises like this every day can be great for your mental health as they help to lower your heart rate and reduce stress💙
