Meet Sharon at the Sheila Thomas Energies Mind • Body • Spirit Fair

Sharon is an independent RIMAN skincare consultant and will be joining us at the fair with a range of Korean skincare for you to discover.

RIMAN combines carefully selected ingredients with Korean skincare technology, with products designed to support different skin needs including hydration, sensitivity and the visible signs of ageing.

Sharon can talk you through the range, help you find products that may suit your skin and introduce you to the different RIMAN skincare rituals. So if you already love Korean skincare, or you’re curious and would like to find out more, pop over and have a chat with Sharon on the day.

I’m really pleased to be bringing my Crystal Bowl Sound Baths to a new venue in Brampton this October.

On Friday 2nd October, I’ll be at Brampton Community Centre from 6pm–7pm for an hour where you can simply get comfortable, switch off and listen.

I’ll be using my crystal singing bowls alongside metal singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes, layering the sounds and vibrations together as I play. We’ll also begin with a guided meditation to help you settle, and I often bring elements of Holy Fire® Reiki into these meditations depending on the group and the evening.

You don’t need any experience of sound baths or meditation. Bring a mat to lie on, a blanket to keep warm, a cushion if you’d like one and some water.

There really is nowhere to go, nothing to do. Just be.

I’ve just finished teaching another combined Holy Fire® Reiki Level 1 & 2 course over three days.

It’s been a busy few days with lots to cover, lots of practical work and plenty of time spent actually experiencing Holy Fire® Reiki as well as learning how to use it.

I really enjoy teaching the combined course because by the third day I can see the difference in confidence from where we started on day one. Today we finished with practical Holy Fire® Reiki treatments and brought together everything we had covered over the three days.

I received some wonderful feedback at the end of the course, which I’ve shared in the photos rather than repeating it all here. I think it speaks for itself. 🔥❤️‍🔥

I teach Holy Fire® Reiki from Level 1 right through to Master and Karuna Master, in person in Carlisle and online.

Meet Jewell of the Lakes Mindful Crafts

I’m delighted to welcome Jewell of the Lakes Mindful Crafts to the Sheila Thomas Energies Mind • Body • Spirit Fair at the Greenhill Hotel on 14th November.

Inspired by a love of the Lake District and a belief in the healing power of creativity, Jewell of the Lakes Mindful Crafts grew from a very personal experience. Crafting became a way to find calm, focus and a little space away from the busyness of everyday life.

That experience is now being shared through a beautiful range of handmade mindful craft kits, creative gifts and pick-and-mix treats. The kits are designed to give you some screen-free time to slow down, use your hands, get creative and simply enjoy making something.

This is a new small business too, so I’m really pleased that our fair will be one of the places where she can introduce her creations and share what she has been working on.
