Having had a fall in 2018 and finding myself unable to enjoy an holiday in 2026, I decided to try a few massages. The doctor had already informed me that I had extensive scar tissue on my spine and sides on my lower back but told me there was no surgical treatment. I have to say I felt like a walking cliche when I said I had a bad back ! Amanda clearly has extensive training on scar/sports injuries. She listened carefully when I explained and knew exactly how to handle the situation. When she sad "This may hurt", it did. Then she worked on the area until the acute pain was relieved. I am extremely grateful to Amanda for hurting me and then removing the localised pain. Unless you know where the pain position is, that pain will remain unless remedial action is taken. Amanda took all the correct procedures and I have booked for an hour next time. Amanda does not charge a great deal and every penny is worth it.
Amanda has a professional set up.
My better half liked Amanda and our service dog, Athena, (Pet's as Therapy) also took to Amanda.
I would highly recommend Amanda, especially with issues like scar tissue. She was calm, professional and the holistic approach was positively beneficial. I have asked her to post this review but that decision is hers."
