It was with deepest sadness I had to make the decision to step away from my role as a consultant. I’ve loved supporting everyone and you have all supported me too. My life has changed a lot In the last year as you know but sadly many factors have made it more challenging to keep going. Treating yourself like somebody you love is so important – talk to yourself and view yourself in the same way that you would with someone you love, and see how treating yourself with kindness, can elevate your life ❤ Great change can come from a place of self-love, rather than self-hatred.
