Coming to Carluke… 👀
Since 2020, we’ve been working quietly behind the scenes, restoring buildings across the town that had been sitting empty for years — transforming them into spaces where small, local businesses can grow and thrive once again.
We’ve had the privilege of working with The Givit, Turning Point, Allure Beauty Room, Firefit and Lily & Rose — creating spaces tailored to their needs, allowing each to offer something valuable to our community.
Brooks House is the next chapter — and without doubt, our most challenging project yet.
As a small, family-run business, we’ve poured a huge amount of time, care and energy into bringing this old building — full of memories, back to life. Hearing your stories of Brooks has genuinely kept us going.
Like most projects it hasn’t been straightforward but throughout the process, we’ve remained focused on our vision making the right decisions for the long-term — ensuring the space reflects the level of quality, care and experience we want to deliver.
Brooks House is being carefully restored into a welcoming hub for movement, wellbeing and community.
Upstairs, Forme will be a reformer Pilates studio, centred around small class sizes, strong fundamentals, and a range of classes to suit all abilities.
Downstairs, The Studio will offer a flexible, multi-use space for yoga, mat Pilates and workshops — available for instructors and local businesses to hire.
We’re also delighted to be welcoming Move with Dr Han, creating a unique link between clinical care and recreational fitness within the building.
We’re excited to open our doors very soon — and to finally share Brooks House with you.
