At Erwhir, we work to create a welcoming atmosphere in which residents enjoy activities, supported to follow their interests and make friends with other residents. However, we recognise that residents have very individual requirements and Erwhir can provide a range of care services to help meet these needs.

Today, we want to take a moment to recognise and celebrate our incredible team at Erwhir Care Home.

Our recent Care Inspectorate Wales inspection reflected what we see every single day – a team that consistently demonstrates compassion, professionalism, commitment, and an unwavering dedication to providing outstanding care to our residents.

Every member of staff plays an important role in creating a safe, caring, and welcoming home, and this achievement is a testament to your hard work and teamwork.

As Manager, I couldn’t be prouder of what we have achieved together. Thank you for always going above and beyond for our residents and for supporting one another through every challenge.
