So the "Bali Swing" Is one of the top tourist things to do in Bali, with all its instagrammable shots. So naturally I want to resist doing it.

Passing by swing after swing after swing, saying NO. But walking through the rice terraces i was thinking my inner child LOVES SWINGS, literally one of my favourite things to do! And a GIANT SWING IN THE JUNGLE!? Okay i was considering it...

Then i came across a huge swing in the middle of the rainforest rice terraces, no tourists, no crowds, no rush to swing (and no need to pay for a 5minute swing). So i jumped on and my child was thrilled!! To peacefully swing alone in the jungle ahhhh. And so i thought i may as well get a picture of the moment too.

Sometimes what we resist is what our heart most desires!!

So I've Graduated from Tao Ta***ic Arts! I am officially a Tao Ta***ic Arts Women's Practitioner of Ta**ra, Sacred Sexuality, Qigong, Tao Energy, Jade Egg Practice, Energy healing, and Ritual ✨

What a powerful deeply healing transformative insightful process it's been, both in my personal development and in facilitating these powerful practices for Women and Mixed Groups in 1-1 and Group settings. Sacred Waters of Life

So much beauty, so much unknown, so much mystery, magic, wonder in the transparent liquid flow of delicious life that flows all around us. How blessed we are to be so abundant of life that nourishes our lands, our crops, our blood, our bones, our hearts 💕

Water heals, purifys, cleanses, replenishes, restores, nourishes all that is touches...

I often work with after in the physical and in spirit to call for healing.

When clearing energy, i imagine the most beautiful river of life flowing and in that river washing away the murky colours of energies that no longer serve me, and replenished by crystal waters.

I'm bringing in this practice of healing the waters of our Yoni / Womb River to clear the stuck energies of anger, sadness, grief, shame, guilt, depression, loneliness, frustration, despair....... And on...
