I am trying to get used to the camera.

Looking forward to adding my Monday Stretch class with my Wednesday classes. I feel so lucky with the people around me and this beautiful weather.
I reduced my treatments this month to heal, move and write and eat good food. My shoulder and wrists are still not okay but things heal in time.
Here is me moving in the park waiting to meet some friends.

Why am I posting more on social media? I am enjoying seeing what people are doing in their lives and what to show people the new things I am doing. I have so many exciting things planned but right now:heal.
