There is a very particular kind of peace that comes after a good reflexology session. 💜

The kind where putting your shoes back on feels rude, answering emails feels personal, and the outside world seems to be asking far too much, far too soon.

Reflexology gives your body a chance to pause, soften, and come back to itself. So if you need a few quiet minutes in the car afterwards before re-entering normal life, we fully support that decision.

Every reflexologist knows… the session always follows the same script 😂

You arrive fully alert, slightly apologetic about your feet, determined to stay awake…
…and 10 minutes later you’re somewhere between “this is lovely” and “what day is it again?”

We’ve seen it all. And honestly? That’s kind of the point 💜
