Some GroovaRoo journeys come full circle… 💛

A few years ago, we had the pleasure of dancing with Irena and her first little one. And then, she came back to GroovaRoo with baby number two!

It was so lovely to welcome her back and to see another little one enjoying the music, movement, cuddles and connection!

Sadly, we recently had to say goodbye again as she heads back to work after maternity leave.

Thank you for being part of the GroovaRoo family - not once, but twice! It really is such a privilege to be part of these special little chapters and to see your family grow.

And if anyone else finds themselves back with another little one, you are always welcome to join us again - there will always be new dances, new memories and a new little personality to enjoy them with.

Wishing you all the very best as you head back to work. And of course, you know where we are if another little GroovaRoo dancer ever comes along! 😉💃👶

❗️September GroovaRoo is here❗️
Our next block of pregnancy and baby sling dance starts next Tuesday, and we’d love to have you join us!

GroovaRoo is a fun, gentle dance class where you can enjoy moving to music with your little one close to you. It’s a chance to get active, have some fun and meet other parents/carers - and your little one gets to enjoy all the cuddles, movement and music too.

And it’s more than just dancing! After our dance session, we have our Stay & Play - an extra 30 minutes to relax, chat and let the little ones play while you enjoy a cuppa and some refreshments. ☕️
Or, if all that dancing has worn them out… it’s also the perfect opportunity to let the babies catch up on some well-earned sleep!

You don’t need to be a dancer and you don’t need to have done GroovaRoo before - everyone is welcome!

📅 September block: starts Tuesday 8th September for 4 weeks

Three weeks. Unlimited adventures. 💕🩰🤸‍♀️

We’re celebrating our littlest dancers with THREE whole weeks of dancing, moving, tumbling, music, fun and new adventures!

🎟️ NEW TO US?

Our Little Movers Festival Passport will be just £10 and will give your little one access to as many age-appropriate under-5s classes as they like throughout the Festival!

Not sure which class they’ll love? Try them all! 🌈

🔥 THE FIRST 20 FESTIVAL PASSPORTS WILL BE JUST £5! 🔥

💕 ALREADY PART OF OUR DANCE FAMILY?

Your little dancer’s Festival Passport will be FREE, so they can try something new, bring a friend, collect stamps and take part in our Festival challenges too.

👶 Classes will include:

🎵 Baby Boogie — walking–3 years
🎶 Rolling Rascals — confident walking–3 years
🌈 Mini Movers — 2.5–4 years
🤸 Tiny Tumblers — 2.5–4 years
🩰 Preschool Ballet & Tap — final nursery year
🤸‍♀️ Preschool Acro — final nursery year

Whether they’re brand new to dance or already one of our Little Movers, everyone is invited to join the adventure! 🌟

We’ll have Festival passports, stamps, challenges, surprises and lots of opportunities to discover a new favourite class. 💕

Developed in the USA, this unique soul line dancing class is the only one of its kind in Angus! A fun, judgement-free space where the focus is simply moving to the music and enjoying yourself.

GROOVAROO BABYWEARING & PREGNANCY CLASSES ARE BACK!

August block starts next week and after a really lovely trial of our new class format, we are keeping it!

Join us for 1 hour of dancing, movement and connection followed by 30 minutes to stay, chat and enjoy refreshments.

Our classes are about so much more than learning dance steps.
They are a chance to:
✨ spend special time connecting with your little one
✨ enjoy the benefits of movement together
✨ meet and chat with other parents/carers
✨ build those lovely moments of bonding and connection
✨ enjoy a relaxed, welcoming class - no dance experience needed!

☀️ Summer classes are coming! ☀️

A special 3-week summer block starts on Tuesday 7th July.

For this block, we’re trying something a little different…
Each session will include:
💃 1 hour of GroovaRoo babywearing dance
🧸 30 minutes of stay & play and for grown ups to chat
☕ Refreshments also included

As always, classes focus on music, movement, bonding and connection, with your little one safely snuggled close in a sling or carrier during the dance portion.

✨ Suitable during pregnancy and with baby in a sling/carrier
✨ No dance experience needed
✨ A warm, welcoming and judgement-free space

Spaces are limited to keep the group relaxed and supportive.
