This was an amazing evening firewalk hosted by two fabulous people in land that appreciated how respectful each person was who walked the hot embers.
I was given the gift of attending the fire and learned from my friend who had recently returned from Mexico having been acknowledged not only as a firewalk instructor but one who can teach others how to develop the skill.
The lady who invited the people to attend was a healer and reiki practitioner who was very welcoming holding a meditation on the land first which deepened the connection to it and helped folk who had never walked a fire before do so with joy and comfidence.

When your familiar with the law of attraction as I am due to my research and fascination with trees it came as a lovely suprise to stop on the way from Marrakech airport and visit a womens cooperative where I was able to view an aragon oil tree.
The lady pointed out the berries that had dropped from the tree and were collected in sacs to be cold pressed. She gave me a berry which was green at the time but has since changed colour and texture travelling home with me.
So that is the beginning of the process as the berries are left to turn dry in the open air then shrivel and turn brown.
When the kernels are obtained they are ground into a thick protein paste then cold pressed to extract the pure golden oil.
I had bought a mix of arnica and aragon oil in a spray bottle.
This combination was so helpful calming sunburned shoulders as arnica oil has antiinflammatory properties and aragon oil a soothing calming balm for the skin.

Ive recently been away on holiday to Essaouria Morocco where I visited an outlet and watched how aragon oil is obtained from the yellow berries of the aragon oil tree.
Tomorrow I will share a little more information on how the
aragon oil is extracted.

What a braw day we had at the queens hotel today with some lovely people coming to see me for guidance.
