Two extremes, Both showing what the female body is capable of. Finding a coach who truly understands how difficult it is to find the time to look after yourself when your focus is your babies is hard to find. Coaches will tell you we all have the same 24hrs, when as a mother, we know that’s bs. 24hrs is t even enough hours to do what we have to do, let alone find time for a scheduled 1-1 gym session.

This is why I’ve wanted to create be fit momma. With years of experience in personal training, holistic health, psychology and pre/postpartum fitness aswel as lived experience of motherhood, postpartum recovery, hormones and having a neurodivergent brain, I can bring first hand lived experience to the table but also heavily studied, accredited and educated experience.

I’m really excited to offer 1-1, personalised, online plans that you can do at your own leisure and your own unique needs with weekly check ins and support via zoom or call outs.

New 4 week Beginner block (Sept) is based on Stability and not just stability on the mat but how can we call in stability in the mind and the body. How can we embody stability in our everyday life 🌙

This block is for those who are completely new to yoga or those who simply don’t feel comfortable/confident enough yet in a ‘typical’ yoga class.

This block is stripped right back to basics.
Focusing on the mind body connection, learning to connect your movement with breath and unlearning uncomfort.

In this practice you will learn 8 postures that you can take home and add to your everyday life.

We will incorporate these 8 postures into a flow sequence that you can do at your own pace, with your own breath 🕊️

Running Mondays at 8pm & Thursday at 6.30PM 💛

📣📣 3 spaces left for Kids Yoga : Thursdays 4pm 📣📣

I’ve had a few mummies ask if they need to stay in the studio / participate so I thought I should post that parents aren’t expected to be involved 🤸💫☺️ This one is just for the littles & for the parents to get an hour of R&R ☕️

However parents can absolutely stay if your littles are nervous but the class itself is based around introducing the little humans to yoga and teaching them mindfulness based techniques for there little worry’s & woes in a simple & subtle way 🧘‍♀️🌬️

Every Monday and Thursday from 4-5PM

This new addition will run on the timetable from September to December - I can’t wait to share this with our mindful minis 🧘‍♀️

Age range will be from 4-9 🤸
