Let's hear it for our Man of the Year 2026, Harry 🏆! After losing an amazing 14st 5.5lbs – more than half his body weight 😱 – he’s completely transformed his life ❤️.

At 25st 6.5lbs , he found his weight affected every part of his life. As a letting agent, he'd sometimes drive to appointments that were just two minutes away on foot because the walk felt too much.

Since joining Slimming World, Harry has made lasting changes with the support of his Consultant and fellow members, including his mum Sarah 🥰. Now he's achieved things he never thought possible, like climbing Snowdon ⛰️.
